Primary School Support Assistant

We are seeking an unqualified teacher to join our supply staff as a Cover Supervisor. This role involves providing support in Key Stages 1 and 2, building relationships with pupils and helping them achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate will be required to cover classes, teach groups, and support students to engage with work provided. The ideal candidate will have fully qualified and experienced Teaching Assistant or QTS / Degree in Education, previous experience in primary school settings in all year groups, and confidence in teaching and managing a class in the absence of the class teacher.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop social and cognitive development in a school with a strong community presence. As a member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary based on experience (£25-£30 per hour) and flexible working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 15:30. We also offer long-term contract with extension options.
