We are seeking a Primary School Support Worker to join our team at Aspire People. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with students of primary school age.
Main Responsibilities:- Support students with Social and Emotional Mental Health challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Commit to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
- Experience working with students who have Social and Emotional Mental Health challenges.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development.
- A willingness to work as part of a team.
- A salary range of £90-120 per day.
