About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the community as a Community Development Specialist. The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high quality, outcome-focused support to rough sleepers with complex needs.
  • Help prevent delay in Hospital discharges and assist with housing solutions.
  • Build relationships and knowledge across the housing and health sectors.
  • Work in partnership with partners in the health sector to prevent homelessness.
