Main Responsibilities

As a Band 7 Highly Specialist Speech & Language Therapist, you will provide leadership within the Community Stroke Team (CST) and support junior colleagues in their roles.

You will supervise and develop Band 6 and 5 Physiotherapists, Band 4 and 3 staff, and student SLTs in the team.

The role also involves managing and planning community stroke rehabilitation services, deputising for the team lead as required.
