Procurement Administrator

Job Summary
United Living Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to provide administrative support to the Procurement & Supply Chain Function. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the Group Procurement & Supply Chain Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Support group procurement activities by working closely with the wider procurement & supply chain team to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
- Administer and issue Group Agreements for signature, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Manage the day-to-day requirements of the Group Sub-Contractor On-Boarding Process and Procedure, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management.
- Collate sub-contractor performance information into bi-monthly reports for each business unit pillar, aligning data to the PMO Dashboard.
- Address and challenge non-compliance with process, procedure, and group agreements, seeking support from line management as needed.
- Administer information contained within the Sub-Contractor Database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
- Manage changes to Sub-Contractors Status within our databases and performance dashboard.
- Guide and support stakeholders in the Business Unit Pillars on Procurement and Supply Chain Process and Procedures, utilizing the Constructionline Platform.
- Build positive relationships with stakeholders across the Group.
- Assist in setting up Meet the Buyer Events and Virtual Meet the Buyer Events as required.
- Provide on-boarding, managed lists, divisional KPIs, and issue to relevant stakeholders.
- Adhere to United Way - Learn and understand the United Way of working, ensuring processes are complied with and adopted into daily disciplines.
- Ensure challenges and issues are resolved proactively, raising necessary issues to line management early for timely resolution.
Health and Safety Responsibilities

- Ensure United Living HSE&Q standards, operating processes, company policies, and legislative requirements are understood, implemented, and adhered to at all times.
- Spot unsafe acts and report them to the site management team under your duty in the Health & Safety at Work Act.
- Adhere to your Safety Responsibility statement.
- Take reasonable care of yourself and any other person who may be affected by your actions.
- Avoid adopting a negative attitude, cooperate, and assist the company in all aspects of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Good Microsoft Excel and analytical skills with a commitment to develop further.
- Able to build positive, productive working relationships with stakeholders.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Systematic, organized approach.
- Able to manage time and priorities effectively.
- Positive, can-do, and proactive attitude is essential.
- Previous, demonstrable experience of working within a fast-paced working environment and team.
