Police Staff Investigator PIP Level 1

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Investigator to join our team at the Shared Services Partnership. As a Police Staff Investigator PIP Level 1, you will play a crucial role in supporting our front-line officers with a wide range of investigative activities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct investigative activities, including statement taking, securing and reviewing CCTV, suspect interviewing, and file building.
- Work collaboratively with current investigators to deal with serious and complex crimes.
- Support the area Criminal Investigation Departments in carrying out investigations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Qualified to PIP 1 or 2 or equivalent.
- Experience as a Detective or Police Constable, Sergeant, Inspector, or equivalent.
- Proven experience of working within an investigatory type role.
- Working knowledge and experience of Criminal Law and Criminal Justice procedures.
