Job Description

This position entails providing exceptional client service, conducting thorough research and analysis, creating detailed financial plans and documentation, and handling intricate client investments.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Provide expert client support across various mediums.
  2. Collaborate with financial advisers to develop customized financial plans through in-depth research and analysis.
  3. Compile suitability reports, financial plans, and documentation for client recommendations.
  4. Examine client data, including cash flow modeling and investment research.
  5. Work closely with third-party providers to manage complex client investments.
  6. A CII Financial Planning Diploma or Paraplanning Diploma is highly recommended.
Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £39,000 per annum, plus:

  • 24 days holiday (increasing by 1 day per year for the first 3 years)
  • Birthday off
  • Pension: 5% employer/3% employee (after 3 months)
  • Life Assurance: 4x basic salary (after 3 months)

The ideal candidate will be based in Birmingham, with a dynamic hybrid working arrangement that includes 3 days in-office and 2 days from home after probation. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, with a 1-hour lunch break.
