Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Acute Dietitian to join our team of healthcare professionals at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will provide dietetic expertise to patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals, with opportunities to rotate to different clinical areas within the acute caseload.

Main Duties:

The post holder will be responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based practice, working alongside specialist dietitians in Gastroenterology, Neurosciences, Haematology, Oncology, Liver, and HPB. The role will involve developing practice by shadowing specialties, clinical supervision, and preceptorship.

Requirements:

  • BSc/Postgraduate diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics
  • HCPC registered
  • Member of the BDA
  • Experience of enteral feeding and working in acute environments
  • Evidence of continuing professional development
