About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Project Manager (PMO) to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will work closely with the Head of HR to facilitate cross-functional collaboration, track milestones, and ensure deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management expertise, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Additionally, they should have a deep understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures, as well as experience with data analytics tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage data analysis to monitor project progress, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to Head of HR and senior leadership.">
  • Utilize data to enhance decision-making processes for HR projects, including resource allocation and prioritization.">
  • Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of HR initiatives.">
  • Prepare data-driven reports and dashboards on key initiatives (e.g., employee surveys, attrition analysis) to communicate project status and outcomes effectively.">
