Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Equipment Sales and GroundsCare Territory Manager. You will be responsible for delivering sales growth from a portfolio of brands within your designated territory.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, ideally with experience in equipment sales or high capital value products, and a proven track record of success.
You will work closely with our Depot Manager and other teams to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Achieving sales performance targets
- Representing the dealership and portfolio of brands to customers
- Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge
- Attending customer-focused events
- Working closely with our finance team to ensure customers can obtain the right finance package
- Conducting demos of new equipment and ensuring customers understand the products and benefits
You will also be expected to build strong relationships with customers, manage databases, and maintain confidentiality in accordance with GDPR regulations.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Sales experience in equipment sales or high capital value products
- Ideal experience with GroundsCare franchise or similar products/services
- High levels of personal integrity and excellent customer relations skills
- Ability to work extended hours when required
- Full UK driver's license
We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a bonus system tied to individual performance and depot success.
