Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality building control services to customers, ensuring compliance with building regulations and standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the Building Control team to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in building regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and guidelines related to building control.

Requirements:

  • Corporate membership of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, CIOB, or the Chartered Association of Building Engineers is desirable.
  • Registration for Building Control Professional (BCP) Competence Validation Assessment at band B or C is a requirement.
  • A full valid driving licence is essential.
