At Carrington West, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to join our Swansea office. As a key member of our team, you will support senior surveyors on various public and private sector projects across Wales and the South West.

The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting condition surveys, managing subsequent works, and delivering projects within national frameworks. You will also be responsible for handling Party Wall matters, contract administration, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct condition surveys and manage subsequent works for a variety of clients.
  • Deliver a range of projects within national frameworks, including major refurbishments, external works, and statutory upgrades.
  • Handle Party Wall matters, contract administration, and project management.
  • Prepare designs, specifications, and detailed measured surveys.
  • Learn and apply principles of quality, safety, and environmental management in project delivery.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Strong communication, time management, and technical surveying skills.
  • IT proficiency, including CAD experience.
