Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leadership Annual Giving Officer to join our Development and University Relations team. This key role will contribute to the growth of our leadership annual giving program, which supports nearly all schools, centers, and units across the University.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and manage a portfolio of 125 donors/prospects, cultivating and soliciting gifts in the $1,000-$25,000 range.
  2. Work with the Director and other LAGOs to manage programming components of the President's Club, including drafting communications and offering event support.
  3. Utilize Advance and Fundraising Performance Management systems to record moves, asks, and outcomes.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective fundraising strategies and assist in reunions, Homecoming, and other university-wide events.
Requirements
  • Minimum three years of experience in development, with a successful track record in solicitation efforts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence for face-to-face/phone solicitations.
  • Excellent communication skills (written/oral) and analytical skills.
  • Experience working in a complex higher education setting, developing productive relationships with alumni, donors, faculty, parents, volunteers, colleagues, and senior leadership.
  • Valid driver's license required.

A knowledge of and commitment to the goals of Jesuit Education.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $75,000 to $85,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications, experience, and skills.
