Ticketing and Flight Administrator Role

We are seeking a skilled Ticketing and Flight Administrator to join our team in London. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth flight arrangements for our tour operations, requiring strong Ticketing knowledge and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Issuing tickets on Amadeus, including refunds, re-issues, and BSP.
  • Supporting Flight Requests: Handling upgrades, domestic add-ons, date and route changes, meal and seating requests, and airport assistance.
  • Administrative tasks: Updating flight details in the reservation system, finalizing trip details, and checking details with airlines.
  • Coordination: Assigning seats, monitoring Amadeus queues, and assisting with pre- and post-departure tasks.
Requirements:
  • Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the aviation and travel industry, with specific expertise in airline contracts, fares, and IATA/BSP ticketing procedures.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Amadeus GDS.
  • Organizational Abilities: Strong time management skills with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Package: Salary is c£33k plus annual discretionary bonus, private healthcare, and excellent pension.
  • Hybrid role in London with 3 days a week in the office after a qualifying training period of full-time in the office.
  • Flexibility required to meet the operational needs of the business, with potential to be on call approximately once every 4-5 weeks at a weekend.
