Flight Operations Coordinator

Job Summary
The Flight Handler will be responsible for ensuring the timely dispatch of airline meals and in-flight products to airlines, adhering to agreed service level standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily workloads to meet deadlines.
- Assemble in-flight meals and products according to client flight specifications.
- Secure storage trolleys and deliver items to aircraft.
- Confirm menu briefings with crew to ensure flights are fully catered.
- Ensure suite dressers dress cabins according to client specifications.
- Meet airline standards for packing plans.
- Load airline food and catering supplies into delivery trucks and aircraft.
- Minimize delays and resolve problems through effective communication.
- Work under pressure and multitask.
- Lift and/or push approximately 50lbs.
- Assist with other duties as required.
- Adhere to unit safety measures and security compliance.
- Interact with colleagues, customers, and clients in a professional manner.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year's airline industry experience (desirable).
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
- Self-motivation, commitment, and enthusiasm.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Operational awareness and understanding of HACCP and COSHH requirements.
- Proven problem-solving skills, efficiency, and organizational skills.
- Forklift driving duties (if applicable).
- Indate CPC & Driving License is a must.
