Flight Operations Coordinator

At Club Med, we are seeking a highly skilled Flight Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating flight operations, ensuring seamless travel experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate flight schedules and itineraries
  • Manage flight bookings and ticketing
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders regarding flight information
  • Assist with travel documentation and visa requirements
  • Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile transport billings

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in ticketing or travel agency
  • Knowledge of airline industry, airline rules and regulations, and airline partners
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
