About the Role

The Facilities Coordinator will play a key role in providing a comprehensive facilities management service across Flight Centre's portfolio of offices and retail stores. This will involve working closely with the Fitout and Facilities Team Leader to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities, including hard and soft services, workplace health and safety, and contractor and supplier management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a comprehensive facilities management service across Flight Centre's portfolio of offices and retail stores
  • Work closely with the Fitout and Facilities Team Leader to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities
  • Manage hard and soft services, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
  • Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Manage contractor and supplier relationships
  • Manage data and documents within a property environment
