Job Title: Plumbing Assessor/Trainer

Bath College is seeking a skilled and experienced Plumbing Assessor/Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our Apprenticeship Programme, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment to apprentices in the plumbing trade.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programmes for apprentices in plumbing and heating
  • Assess and evaluate apprentice progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance
  • Work closely with the Head of Apprenticeships and Plumbing Team to ensure the delivery of a high-quality apprenticeship programme
  • Manage and review apprentice caseloads, ensuring that all apprentices meet the required standards
Requirements:
  • Level 2 (e.g. GCSE) English and Maths at Grade B or above
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 3, or equivalent, in a heating and plumbing discipline
  • Assessor to demonstrate a commitment to complete the TAQA Assessor Award within 12 months
  • Industry qualifications in CENWAT, CCN/1, CKR, HTR1, MET1, and CONGLP1
