At Horizon Care and Education, we are seeking a dedicated Youth Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our residential support staff, you will play a vital role in supporting young people in achieving their full potential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting young people with daily living tasks, including morning routines, meal preparation, and ensuring they have a safe space to relax and unwind within the home. You will also provide emotional support and guidance to help them develop new skills and build confidence in all areas of life.

As a Residential Youth Worker at Horizon Care and Education, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people. The estimated salary for this role is around £25,000 - £35,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
