Job Title: Security and Compliance Specialist
Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security and Compliance Specialist to join our team at Morson Talent. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for providing a highly visible internal and external security presence, maintaining accurate records and logs of incidents and site visits, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- To carry out all security processes and procedures in line with Ingram Micro policy guidelines, maximising search procedures with regards to personal searches, bag searches, locker and car searches.
- To ensure correct procedures are adhered to by all employees, agency workers, contractors, and visitors when entering and leaving the workplace.
- Regular foot patrolling of production areas, warehouse, and stores.
- Regular monitoring of CCTV footage, reporting any irregularities to the Security Manager.
- Ensure compliance with company dispatch procedures regarding receipt of goods into the warehouse and all product being dispatched from the warehouse.
- Ensure records are regularly monitored, checked, and updated regarding employee and agency workers' personal mobile phone details, car registrations, etc.
- Ensure compliance with Ingram Micro policies and procedures.
- To attend training courses as necessary to ensure personal and team job skills keep pace with legislative and business developments.
- To be aware of Health & Safety requirements, in accordance with guidelines as set out in the Health & Safety manual.
About You:
As a Security and Compliance Specialist, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also have experience in security and compliance, with knowledge of relevant policies and procedures.
