Customer Service Representative/ Trainee Account Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative/ Trainee Account Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and evaluate customer needs to deliver satisfaction and exceed expectations
- Purchase stock and manage inventory levels
- Operate point-of-sale systems and manage cash handling
- Communicate with colleagues and provide updates to customers
- Warehouse Operations:
- Pick, pack, and receive goods
- Manage shipping and processing of goods
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Operate a forklift (training provided)
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic IT skills and ability to learn new systems
- Valid UK driving license
