Customer Service Representative/Trainee Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative/Trainee Account Manager. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Services:
- Handle incoming calls and emails, identifying and evaluating customer needs to deliver satisfaction
- Purchase stock and manage general operations in the POS
- Communicate with colleagues and provide customers with updates
- Warehouse:
- Pick, pack, receive, and cycle count inventory
- Manage shipping and processing goods in
- General warehouse operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic IT skills and ability to learn new software
- Valid UK driving license
