Facilities Contracts Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Contracts Manager to join our Heath & Safety and Facilities team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing facilities contracts across our five offices, ensuring value for money and a consistently excellent service.

About the Role
  • 35 hours per week
  • Permanent

As our Facilities Contracts Manager, you will actively manage facilities contracts, liaise with landlords, contractors, and our technology teams to ensure contractual obligations are met. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe office environment, ensuring health and safety checks are carried out, and that our office environments are fit for purpose for our colleagues and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Proven experience in facilities or office management

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Location

The successful candidate will be required to live within a commutable distance to our Bradford or Peterborough office.
