GerrardWhite is a well-established property management company seeking a highly skilled Regional Facilities Manager to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned professional to manage our regional facilities and services, ensuring seamless operational functionality, appearance, and compliance. As a Regional Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our existing portfolio of properties, both commercial and residential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with regional contractors and internal maintenance teams for planned preventative maintenance and reactive tasks, from tendering to performance management and benchmarking.
  • Monitor and ensure regional compliance with statutory safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to monitor condition and upkeep.
  • Control regional maintenance costs and budget planning for allocated properties.
  • Manage a small team, including holiday, sickness, performance, and payroll, as well as oversee wider departments in coordination with the management team.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license.
  • Previous project management or property management experience.
  • Professional and refined negotiation skills with sound commercial acumen and judgment.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with people at all levels of the business.
  • PC literate with strong Microsoft Office skills.
