Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Property Management
    • Develop and implement property maintenance strategies to ensure optimal operational functionality, appearance, and legal compliance.
    • Manage relationships with regional contractors and internal maintenance teams to deliver high-quality services.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of our property portfolio, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective communication with tenants.
    • Monitor and control regional maintenance costs, budget planning, and reporting.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and manage a small team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent performance and productivity.
    • Oversee the management of holiday, sickness, performance, and payroll for your team.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Previous project management or property management experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills
    • Full UK driving license.
    • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
    • Highly organized with a pragmatic and analytical approach.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience in leading and managing a team.
    • PC literate with strong Microsoft Office skills.
