Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Property Management
- Develop and implement property maintenance strategies to ensure optimal operational functionality, appearance, and legal compliance.
- Manage relationships with regional contractors and internal maintenance teams to deliver high-quality services.
- Operational Excellence
- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of our property portfolio, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective communication with tenants.
- Monitor and control regional maintenance costs, budget planning, and reporting.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and manage a small team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent performance and productivity.
- Oversee the management of holiday, sickness, performance, and payroll for your team.
Requirements
- Experience
- Previous project management or property management experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Skills
- Full UK driving license.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized with a pragmatic and analytical approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in leading and managing a team.
- PC literate with strong Microsoft Office skills.
