About the Job

We are seeking a Defined Contribution Specialist to join our team at SEI Investments Company. This role will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our Master Trust clients, providing best-in-class service, and effectively managing key third-party supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify emerging needs of DC clients and inform the DC Proposition Team
  • Help deliver member communication strategies for SEI's DC clients
  • Support sales process of converting new business opportunities into new clients, including participating in new business proposals and consultant meetings
  • Attend client meetings
  • Keep abreast of legislative changes and work with the team to manage their impact on client services and procedures
  • Participate in new client implementations
  • Support internal/external suppliers, maintaining strong and effective relationships to ensure high-quality third-party services are delivered
  • Develop strong and effective relationships with clients and their professional advisers
Requirements:
  • Relevant client-facing experience and good technical knowledge of DC and investment knowledge
  • Hands-on experience and knowledge of products and services pertinent to the Defined Contribution landscape
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple agendas
  • Strong listening, oral, and written communication skills
  • Previous experience working within DC Pensions/client-facing roles preferred
  • Existing pensions and/or investment knowledge beneficial, with a firm commitment to develop that knowledge when in role essential
Estimated Salary: £65,000 per annum
