We are seeking an experienced Sales Director - Venue Search Lead to join our Sales team. As an integral part of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth within our venue search service.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop a proactive and targeted sales/engagement strategy that will drive revenue growth. Your expertise in new business sales with a background in venues/venue finding will help us stay ahead in the market.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage your own strategy and workload, ensuring all proposals meet objectives and are presented effectively.
  • Maintain a commercial perspective on proposals, ensuring clients receive best value solutions.
  • Support client feedback to build effective marketing campaigns for new business.
  • Deliver new business growth for venue find service or pro-active venue sales focus.
  • Listen and interpret clients' requirements to offer tailored solutions.

Note:
  • This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days a week in our London office.
