Position Title: Oracle E-Business Suite Analyst at Commonwealth of Virginia

You will participate in an agile SCRUM team, engaging in various agile practices and initiatives focused on continuous enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishes and maintains application security, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Assists in the deployment of ERP applications and customization of user reports.
  • Leads and manages an agile team to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Develops project timelines, monitors progress, and mitigates risks.
  • Ensures adherence to standards and stakeholder engagement.
  • Conducts systems analysis tasks and maintains expertise in programming languages.
  • Guides colleagues on technical problem-solving and innovative techniques.
  • Ensures compliance with Agile Principles and the Agile Manifesto.
  • Participates in Agile Ceremonies and team-building activities.
  • Aims for self-organization and cross-functionality within the team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in systems evaluation, design, and application support.
  • Proven ability to define user needs, design solutions, and prepare documentation.
  • Expertise in Oracle eBusiness management, Service, HRMS, and Financial Modules.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to troubleshoot software application deployment and configuration challenges.

Additional Considerations:

  • Experience with Oracle applications is preferred.
