About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Access Manager to join our team in North. As a key member of our Commercial department, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless access to Galderma medicines within the regional payer landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To ensure optimal positioning of Galderma medicines within local/regional commissioning guidelines through effective communication of our Payor Value Proposition.
  • Develop strong working relationships with local/regional NHS, ICS commissioning personnel to implement access strategies.
  • Support timely inclusion of Galderma medicines onto local & regional formularies and clinical guidelines at ICS /Trust payor level.
  • Removal of regional or local barriers to patient access.
  • Deep understanding of the regional (ICS) policy & payer environment and local NHS priorities.
  • Ability to develop, articulate and refine brand value propositions using approved Payer Tools and messaging.
  • Cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between national and regional/local plans.
  • Proactive competitor analysis and intelligence sharing within the organisation.

A competitive salary of approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, is available for this role.
