Job Description:
As our Sales Director for the EU region, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and leading a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial technology landscape, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth: Drive the sales process from lead generation to closure, ensuring achievement of revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to expand our presence in Europe.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment of sales initiatives.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes in the EU to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to the executive team, ensuring transparency and accountability in sales performance.
Requirements:
- Experience: Several years of experience in sales leadership, with a focus on financial technology, SaaS, or related industries.
- Track Record: Proven success in driving revenue growth, managing sales teams, and building strategic partnerships.
- Knowledge: Good understanding of the Open Banking and financial technology landscape in Europe, with a strong network of industry contacts.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on mentoring and developing talent.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
- Language: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
