About the Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Personal Support Specialist to join our team at Voyage Care in Bolsover.

As a Personal Support Specialist, you will work closely with individuals with acquired brain injuries to enhance their daily lives and promote their independence.

You will teach new life skills, assist with personal care, and encourage social interaction to help our clients reach their full potential.

About the Salary: £11.45 per hour (enhanced rates apply for evening and weekend shifts)

About the Location: Our service is based in Bolsover, with typical shifts from 7:30am to 2:30pm, 2:30pm to 9:30pm, and 9:30pm to 7:30am.

About Your Qualifications

  • You will hold a full UK driving license and have experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, and complex needs.
  • You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
