Job Title: Lunchtime Support Assistant

Are you passionate about working with children and making a positive impact in their lives?

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Lunchtime Support Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with our experienced staff to ensure the safety, well-being, and conduct of pupils during the midday break period.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise pupils in designated areas of the school
  • Maintain a calm atmosphere and encourage positive behaviour
  • Deal with minor first aid incidents (training provided)
  • Assist with the service of meals and general cleaning duties

What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £3,671 per annum (£23,656 FTE pro rata), plus benefits including a generous pension scheme, enhanced sickness and parental benefits, and a supportive working environment.
