Cygnet Health Care is a leading provider of specialist mental health services, and we're seeking a confident Support Worker to join our team. In this rewarding role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on patients' lives, working 42 hours per week at Cygnet Oxley.
About the RoleWe're looking for someone with a passion for delivering outstanding care, who is genuinely driven to make a difference in people's lives. As a Support Worker, you'll work closely with individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs, and behaviours that may challenge, providing physical and emotional support to help them achieve their goals.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach
- Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support
- Learn about individuals' specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way
- Assist with medical and welfare needs
- Report on medical and welfare needs as required
- Safeguard
- Maintain a safe, clean environment for all
