Client Services Director

About the Role:
Hott Source is seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our print production company, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals.
- Project Coordination: Manage the entire lifecycle of print projects, from initial consultation to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the production team to ensure all work meets specifications and quality standards.
- Quoting and Budgeting: Prepare accurate quotes, manage budgets, and oversee cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve client satisfaction.
- Problem Solving: Proactively address client concerns and production issues, ensuring a positive resolution and maintaining client trust.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on client accounts, project statuses, and potential risks or opportunities.
- Management: Manage and develop a growing team, setting a clear example.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in a client services role within the print production industry.
- Brief management experience.
- Print production experience.
- Team management experience.
- Experience with estimating is highly desirable.
- A knowledge of a range of print types, including digital, wide-format, and litho.
