Hunter Hughes Recruitment Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to lead the restructuring of our Workplace Division.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and leadership, with a strong commercial outlook and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for building a Workplace Sales Team, developing a sales and go-to-market strategy, and contributing to the Leadership Team.
The Sales Director will also be responsible for identifying and developing new key dealer channels, managing the performance of the Sales Team, and leading the Tender Bid Teams on major project opportunities. Additionally, they will support the Operations Teams and grow the brand within the A&D sector.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the furniture industry and experience in managing, mentoring, and motivating a sales team at a senior level. They will also have excellent communication skills, the ability to negotiate and influence, and a natural leadership style.
The package for this role includes a competitive salary of £80,000 - £120,000 DOE, performance commission, flexible working arrangements, 23 days paid annual leave, and a range of other benefits.
