We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Events Coordinator to develop and deliver our commercial events programme.

The successful candidate will lead the team to achieve financial sustainability through event ticket sales, venue hire, admissions, and catering. Key objectives include delivering exceptional customer service, maximising income, and ensuring cohesion in programming. The role offers a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, organised, and forward-thinking individual to work as part of our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the commercial and events team to drive greater financial sustainability through commercial activities.
  • Deliver the Audience Development Plan key initiatives such as Travel Trade and Corporate Membership and sponsorship.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to ensure all commercial aspects of projects or events have been considered.
  • Create, manage, and develop a programme of commercial events aligned with the audience development plan.
  • Manage room hires, conferences, and events to deliver exceptional levels of customer service and maximise income.
