Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join our team in Carlisle. As a key member of our Tax Consultancy Service Line, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality tax consultancy services to our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing complex corporate tax computations and providing technical guidance to junior colleagues.
  • Providing training and mentoring to Tax Assistants, Tax Seniors, and Tax Assistant Managers.
  • Monitoring work progress, recoveries, and billing for client portfolios.
  • Liaising with clients and internal teams to deliver corporate tax compliance and advisory services.
  • Involvement in recruitment processes, including graduate intake programs.
  • Formal line management for Tax Seniors or Trainees.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • CTA qualification and minimum 2 years experience in Corporate Tax Compliance/Advisory work.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Deliver tax technical training sessions.

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including:
