We are currently seeking a highly skilled Rail Division Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to provide exceptional support to our Commercial Department.
- As a Rail Division Coordinator, you will be responsible for administering commercial documents on the BMS system professionally, as well as promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion within teams and the Division.
- You will also support the planning and execution of customer and stakeholder events, fostering positive interactions and experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer commercial documents on the BMS system professionally, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion within teams and the Division, fostering a culture of respect.
- Support the planning and execution of customer and stakeholder events, fostering positive interactions and experiences.
- Collate customer claims and submit them to Network Rail promptly, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
