About the Role

The Senior Care Lead position plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day management and care delivery within our residential care homes. As a practice leader, you will provide clear, effective, and dynamic leadership to support the highest standards of performance, enabling residents to have a vibrant and fulfilling life.

Main Responsibilities
  • Carry out activities relating to residents' physical, personal, emotional, and social wellbeing, as outlined in individual care plans, using a person-centred approach that reflects our philosophy of care.
  • Contribute to the effective management of the home by delivering care, allocating, supporting, supervising, and demonstrating care practices to a team of carers.
  • Assist with the induction training of new staff and training and development of existing staff to ensure a consistent, safe, and high-quality service is delivered.
  • Assist the Home Manager in maintaining a safe and healthy working environment for staff, residents, and visitors by ensuring all activities are carried out safely.
