We have an exciting opportunity for an Independent Deliveries Specialist to join our team at Regional Recruitment Services. As a leading distributor in the Durham area, we require an experienced driver who can work independently to deliver packages to clients across the region.

The ideal candidate will possess a full UK driving license and own or rent a 4-meter long wheelbase van. You will also need to hold business insurance to ensure compliance with regulations. In exchange for your skills and experience, you can expect to earn a competitive salary of £1,700 per week, based on up to 50 stops per day.

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Conducting regular vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness
  • Maintaining vehicles in a clean and safe condition
  • Delivering items to the correct addresses
  • Completing daily paperwork and recording driving logs
  • Ensuring adherence to local driving laws and regulations
