About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at NFU Mutual. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and developing strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in the commercial insurance market
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and retention
  • Work closely with our underwriting team to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, particularly in new business acquisition
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure we are providing the best possible solutions for our customers

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in commercial insurance sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Valid driving license
  • Experience in a target-driven sales environment

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary up to £40,000 depending on experience
  • 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays
