About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our Commercial Insurance team at NFU Mutual. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and developing strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in the commercial insurance market
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and retention
  • Work closely with our underwriting team to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, particularly in new business acquisition
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our customers receive the best possible service

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in a sales environment, particularly in commercial insurance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Valid driving license, enabling you to meet clients and prospects in person
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
