We're seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at NFU Mutual, where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact and drive growth in our Commercial Insurance portfolio.

About the Role

As a Sales Account Manager, you'll be responsible for leading personal sales and prospecting initiatives that result in the successful sale of NFU Mutual's General Insurance products, Risk Management services, and life lead generation. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive sales and prospecting initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive retention and growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets and exceed sales goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive solutions to customers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure you're always ahead of the curve
