Customer Service Representative

This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers and providing excellent service. As a Customer Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering customer shopping trips in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver customer shopping trips in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communicate with customers regarding any changes to their orders.
- Ensure the van and trays are clean and tidy.
- Load the van as required.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- A valid UK/EU/EEA Driving licence (Full or Automatic only) for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
