Senior Customer Service Lead

- Customer Order Management: Manage a small team of customer service representatives to deliver weekly customer orderbook reviews for your accounts.
- Contract Review Process: Deliver the contract review process, including sales order approvals for your customer accounts.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop your customer service team to deliver seamless customer portal integration, contract review process, customer orderbook management, and management of customer queries and escalations.
- Customer Relationships: Develop strong customer relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday.
