About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to lead our regional technology efforts as a Regional Technology Lead.

This individual will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and spearheading the adoption of our advertising technology solutions within the region. They will be responsible for cultivating new business opportunities, leading the initial pitching and solutioning process, and ensuring the successful commercialization of technology solutions for our advertising technology stack.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cultivate New Business Opportunities: Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and client engagement, identifying and pursuing new technology business opportunities within the region.
  2. Lead Pitching and Solutioning: Effectively articulate the value proposition and benefits of our advertising technology solutions to prospective clients, leading the initial pitching and solutioning process.
  3. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Strategize and execute on the commercialization of technology solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives, and collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
  4. Customer Success: Serve as the regional escalation point for customer needs, providing prompt resolution and escalation to customer success and product teams as needed.
  5. Client Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging expertise in technology, solutions, and customer success to deliver impactful outcomes and drive long-term value.
  6. Market Insights: Provide insights into customer needs and feature requirements, contributing to the ongoing development and enhancement of our technology solutions.
  7. Technology Innovation: Stay abreast of new and emerging technology solutions and use cases, continuously evaluating opportunities to innovate and enhance our offerings.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  2. Experience: Proven experience in technology sales, solution architecture, implementation, and customer success, with a minimum of 7 years in a leadership role.
  3. Advertising Technology: Strong understanding of advertising technology and digital marketing platforms, with the ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate the value proposition of our solutions to clients.
  4. Leadership: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders across the organization.
  5. Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and driving business results.
  6. Customer-Centric: Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset, capable of identifying opportunities for innovation and delivering impactful solutions.
  7. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $165k minimum - $190k maximum per annum. Compensation varies depending on location, job-related factors such as experience, responsibilities, and business needs.
