Biospan Limited: Chief Innovation Officer

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Innovation Officer to spearhead our technology strategy and drive the execution of our product vision. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for scaling our global operations and leveraging cutting-edge technologies, including artificial intelligence and LLMs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy to support our business growth and innovation initiatives
  • Lead a high-performing technology team, providing guidance and direction on technical architecture, software development, and IT operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that drive business value and improve operational efficiency
  • Oversee the development and implementation of our artificial intelligence direction, ensuring alignment with our business goals and objectives
  • Ensure the scalability and reliability of our technology infrastructure, including data engineering and cybersecurity
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, identifying opportunities to leverage them in support of our business strategy
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of developing and executing technology strategies in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Senior-level experience in leading technology teams, with a strong background in software development, IT operations, and data engineering
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the intersection of technology and business
  • Experience with AI and machine learning, with a keen eye for design and a passion for innovation
