The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our technology and product strategy, ensuring that we have a solid and secure technology and product offering that spans healthcare, research, and innovation.

The Chief Innovation Officer will work closely with our collaborative and results-driven teams to build products and technology that delight our clients and deliver maximum impact to patients and partners in research, industry, and the NHS.

The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented leader with a track record in delivering client value through technology, and will bring expertise across technology architecture and infrastructure within Genomics, Health Tech, or Biotech industry.

Candidates should have prior experience leading end-to-end product development from ideation to deployment, and will have proven stakeholder management and negotiation skills and strong commercial acumen.
