LGBTQ+ Partnerships Director

We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a LGBTQ+ Partnerships Director. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with partners and brands, ensuring their involvement in our events is successful and impactful.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication, presentation, and project management skills, as well as existing relationships with brand and agency decision-makers. You'll also have a deep understanding of the LGBTQ+ community and its needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Project Management of all partner activations, both on-site and digitally.
- Developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote our events.
- Working closely with our volunteer team to ensure their involvement in our events is successful.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000-£60,000 per year, depending on experience. You'll also have access to regular training and development opportunities, as well as the chance to expand your professional network and gain new experience.
