LGBTQ+ Fundraising and Partnerships Specialist

Pride in London is seeking a highly motivated and experienced LGBTQ+ Fundraising and Partnerships Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in supporting the delivery of our events and activities, while developing your skills and expertise in fundraising and partnerships.
About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with retail brands to support fundraising initiatives for Pride in London. You will work closely with our marketing, communications, and event planning teams to create integrated campaigns that leverage the strengths of both Pride in London and retail partners.
Key Responsibilities- Partnership Development:
- IDentify and initiate partnerships with retail brands through market research and networking.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential partners to support fundraising initiatives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure successful execution of fundraising campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to analyse market trends and consumer behaviour, optimising fundraising efforts.
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies in collaboration with retail partners to meet and exceed fundraising goals.
- Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to inform fundraising decisions.
- Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring terms are favourable and mutually beneficial for both parties.
- Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalise contractual agreements.
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and event planning teams to create integrated campaigns that leverage the strengths of both Pride in London and retail partners.
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination across internal departments.

Your expertise in retail partnerships and fundraising will directly contribute to our organisation's mission of creating a more inclusive and accepting world for the LGBTQ+ community.
What We Offer- A competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
